The atmosphere in Grade 5 Al Kindi was lively and full of excitement as students took part in an IPAS (Science) lesson with Ms. Mutia, an Apple Teacher, on the topic of relationships among living things. At the beginning of the lesson, Ms. Mutia introduced the concept by explaining how living things depend on and interact with one another in nature. Through stories, real-life examples, and visual images, students learned about symbiosis, including mutualism, parasitism, and commensalism.

After understanding the basic concepts, students moved on to the main activity: creating digital flashcards using Keynote. Each student worked independently to design flashcards that showed animals, plants, and the types of symbiotic relationships between them. Using Keynote allowed students to easily insert pictures, add text, and organize their layouts so their flashcards looked neat, clear, and visually appealing.

During the process, the classroom was filled with focus and enthusiasm. Students carefully selected images, wrote short explanations, and arranged their cards in a creative way. Technology helped them express their ideas more freely and efficiently compared to working with paper and pencils.
Once the flashcards were completed, students presented their work in front of the class. Each student explained the type of symbiosis shown on their flashcards and asked questions to their classmates. This created an active discussion where students shared ideas and deepened their understanding together.

Through this activity, the digital classroom in Grade 5 Al Kindi not only helped students learn about relationships among living things but also strengthened their communication, critical thinking, and creativity. With the support of digital tools like Keynote, learning became more interactive, engaging, and meaningful for every student.
